Our state mandates everyone have insurance and guess what our rates are through the roof. Another problem we ahve people driving without insurance these are the asswipes that crash into your car trying to light a cigarette while texting a message to whoever.

Teens are mostly bad drivers. They are texting putting on makeup and not paying attention. Old folks are also bad drivers,I see lots of old folks that should not be driving.
